MK9025A型數(shù)控光學(xué)曲線磨床是由精密投影測(cè)量?jī)x，多自由度的磨頭及工作臺(tái)等組成，適用于加工經(jīng)熱處理硬化的各種精密復(fù)雜的模具、樣板、成型刀具、滾輪等。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、工作臺(tái)拖板和滑座均拖板采用直線滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌副并由滾珠絲桿副傳動(dòng)。
2、往復(fù)滑板采用雙V型鑲鋼滾針導(dǎo)軌副并由可調(diào)偏心連桿機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)，往復(fù)平穩(wěn)，換向無沖擊，換向端點(diǎn)，定位精度高。
3、采用交流變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)控制砂輪轉(zhuǎn)速和滑板往復(fù)速度，實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)速。砂輪架和滑座組成多個(gè)自由度，可對(duì)各個(gè)方向進(jìn)行加工。
數(shù)控系統(tǒng)：
數(shù)控光學(xué)曲線磨床帶有四軸計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，分別對(duì)工作臺(tái)拖板及滑板進(jìn)行控制，分辨率為1mm可作二軸聯(lián)動(dòng)連續(xù)軌跡磨削，除計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制運(yùn)動(dòng)外配有手動(dòng)控制功能，為操作者提供選擇多種加工方法。
一機(jī)多用：
本機(jī)床備有多種夾具附件，具有多種功能，集曲線、磨圓、測(cè)量于一身，一機(jī)多用，使用方便。
