1、機(jī)床采用機(jī)、電、液三位一體，按照人機(jī)工程學(xué)宜人化進(jìn)行布局設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，節(jié)約面積、操作簡(jiǎn)便、維修方便。

2、底座為整體式高剛性鑄鐵結(jié)構(gòu)，排屑流暢，切削空間合理。

3、床身導(dǎo)軌采用矩型導(dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)高頻淬火，與其對(duì)應(yīng)的滑板接觸面為貼塑導(dǎo)軌，能明顯地降低導(dǎo)軌滑動(dòng)時(shí)的摩擦阻力，具有良好的動(dòng)態(tài)特性。

4、滑板及橫梁采用矩型導(dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)，并貼塑。

5、主軸采用P5級(jí)軸承，并經(jīng)精密動(dòng)平衡，軸承采用進(jìn)口潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑，確保主軸高速平穩(wěn)旋轉(zhuǎn)，并將熱變形降至低限度。

6、機(jī)床縱、橫向運(yùn)動(dòng)采用中國(guó)臺(tái)灣上銀滾珠絲杠副和交流伺服電機(jī)直連，絲杠軸承采用角接觸軸承，保證了傳動(dòng)的高精度。

2. The base is an integral high rigid cast iron structure, with smooth chip removal and reasonable cutting space.

3. The bed guide rail adopts rectangular guide rail structure. After high-frequency quenching, the contact surface with its corresponding sliding plate is plastic coated guide rail, which can significantly reduce the friction resistance when the guide rail slides, and has good dynamic characteristics.

4. The sliding plate and beam are of rectangular guide rail structure and pasted with plastic.

5. The main shaft adopts P5 grade bearing and is subject to precision dynamic balance. The bearing is lubricated with permanent imported grease to ensure the stable rotation of the main shaft at high speed and minimize thermal deformation.

6. The vertical and horizontal movements of the machine tool are directly connected with Taiwan Shangyin ball screw pair and AC servo motor, and the lead screw bearing adopts angular contact bearing to ensure the high precision of transmission.
